For issues related to Compliancy ICM, Compliancy support will also go on site with the customer and only charge back the actual cost of travel, lodging and meals. 

For dedicated support that is more than fixing issues related to the software. Compliancy will work with the customer to come up with a Support plan that best meets the needs and budget of the customer.
