Subprocessors

Compliancy uses a small number of subprocessors to deliver the platform. Each is engaged under written data protection terms and reviewed on a defined cycle.
Categories in use
Cloud infrastructure hosting for the application and customer data.
Transactional email delivery for notifications and account messages.
Error monitoring and application logging.
Customer support tooling for handling enquiries.
How we manage them
Each subprocessor is security reviewed before onboarding and re-reviewed periodically. Reviews, agreements and review dates are tracked in Compliancy itself.
Change notification
Customers are notified before a new subprocessor begins processing their personal data, in line with the data processing agreement. The current named list, including entity and processing location, is available to customers on request at privacy@compliancy.example.com.
