Terms of service

These terms govern access to and use of the Compliancy platform. A signed order form or agreement takes precedence where one exists.

Use of the service

Access is granted to the customer organisation named in the order form for its internal business purposes. Accounts must not be shared.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of content you upload, for managing user access, and for the decisions you make about your compliance program.

No assurance of compliance

Compliancy is software. It does not issue audit reports, certifications or legal advice, and it does not guarantee that your organisation is compliant with any framework or law.

Availability and support

We aim to provide a reliable service and publish incidents on our status page. Specific service levels, where agreed, are set out in the order form.

Term and termination

Subscriptions run for the agreed term. On termination, customer content is handled as described in the data processing agreement.
